True North Church purchased an existing Sears & Roebuck building to become their new Vineland Campus. This is the third campus that Equip has had the honor of bringing to life. As a well-known Vineland staple for nearly 65 years, this building purchase raised some eyebrows around their area. Because of its reputation, the goal was to keep most of the existing building shell (exterior envelope) as-is, while renovating a portion of the interior space to fit the needs of True North’s ministry. This phase is renovating roughly 37k sf. of the total 76k sf. The plan is to leave the remaining square footage as a headed core and shell for future use.

The newly renovated space consists of a 700-seat worship venue with supporting spaces, a large inviting lobby space, and next gen environments. With construction on the horizon, the church is looking to get keys in early 2026.
