Mady Duncan

Mady was born and raised in warm and sunny Southern California. With a propensity for design and some high school art classes as groundwork, she was introduced to the idea of spatial design, which ultimately led her down the path of architecture. She attended California Baptist University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture in 2021, followed by a graduate degree in Architecture from Clemson University in 2023. She also got her “ring by Spring” and was married to the love of her life, Hayden, in 2024. Since then, Mady has planted roots here in Greenville and joined our team here at Equip Summer of 2025. Mady is passionate about creating spaces that serve the community and the environment well.

After hours, Mady enjoys baking (currently the queen of sourdough), reading, trying new coffee shops around town, climbing the Carolinas’ most spectacular peaks with her husband, and serving at her home church of Taylors First Baptist.
