Morgan Reynolds
Communications Director
Known to rock a bow tie, Morgan joined the Equip Studio team in 2021 after a 7-year career in brand strategy, brand alignment, and marketing & communications development. Originally from Santa Clarita, CA, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Graphic Design from Anderson University, SC and a minor in Art History. He has since spent time teaching young designers in the very program from which he graduated. He brings a creative lens and keen eye for brand identity development, visual storytelling, signage & wayfinding, and marketing strategies. His favorite part of the design process is listening to clients share their stories and identifying the most influential and memorable milestones that have led to their brand. He’s a people person at heart and lives to foster relationships with his team and clients.
At Equip, Morgan aligns & directs our internal communications systems while expanding our offerings to clients through brand identity & environmental graphic design. He owns our internal brand development, social media/website efforts, and overall marketing strategy. Morgan is also a licensed drone pilot, which allows him to capture our projects from the skies.
Morgan met his wife, Ryon, on a blind date in 2012 and will forever cause their new acquaintances confusion with their opposite-gender names. They live in Greer, SC with their kids (Walker and Eden) and spend much of their free time either tinkering with house projects, camping with family, or downing a family-size box of Oreos while memorizing every line to NBC’s The Office. Morgan is also an avid disc golfer, responsible for founding the Disc Golf Club during his time at AU, and competing in local tournaments around the upstate.
