Parkside Pediatrics’ new 11,800 sf. medical office building was developed to support the practice’s rapid growth and provide a dedicated home adjacent to the Goddard School. The facility features 24 exam rooms, a state-of-the-art central lab, Medical Assistant stations organized at the core for operational efficiency, a dedicated TCR (Tribe Clinical Research) suite, and a full administrative wing with meeting and support spaces.

The spacious waiting area includes zones for sick and well, newborn, and teen patients, along with a calm room, all unified by brand-forward interiors that maintain the familiar Parkside feel. The design introduces updated finishes and a subtle outdoor influence, highlighted by an abstract “tree canopy” feature using acoustic ceiling panels. Flooring transitions break up long corridors to create a more welcoming, child-friendly experience. The exterior was carefully designed to read as a single-story building despite its size (per city ordinances to fit ito the residential communities surrounding the site), and the project included comprehensive Furniture, Furnishings, & Equipment selection, artwork selection, and interior & exterior signage to deliver a cohesive, fully branded environment.
