Parkside Pediatrics and Brio Internal Medicine are two innovative (and growing) practices located in upstate South Carolina. This joint office in Simpsonville, SC is 12,000 sf. and was designed very intentionally to feel on-brand for both unique brands. By partnering together and sharing resources with each other, the two practices are able to offer a wider range of services to their patients, all while utilizing some efficiencies of scale. The design is tailored to offer a very high level of service by including self check-in kiosks, a state-of-the-art lab, and on-site x-ray equipment.

Originally designed as a shared medical office building for both Parkside Pediatrics and Brio Primary Care in 2017, this medical office building is now solely home to Brio. In 2025, Parkside Pediatrics opened its own office down the street in order to allow both practices to accommodate exponential growth.
