With previous success transforming a vacant grocery store into a multi-tenant medical office, Tribe 513 approached Equip Studio with another opportunity at Pelham Place in an old Bloom. The first tenant build-out was for Parkside OB-GYN. This was our first project with full design control over the interior aesthetic and our goal was to create a space that truly encompassed their brand.

The space includes a spacious waiting room, a lab with private phlebotomy rooms, a six-room ultrasound suite, 40 exam rooms in three pods, and an office suite. This being Parkside OB-GYN’s largest office to date, the challenge was to make the space feel inviting and special at every turn. Pulling inspiration from boutique spas, Parkside OB-GYN is trailblazing a unique healthcare experience for OB-GYN patients.
