Peoples Church has a long history of serving the community of Fresno with a vibrant church body and large campus. But something with their facilities was keeping them back from making the next steps in their mission: connecting with God and with each other.

After interviews and analysis, it was determined that the campus was disjointed, confusing, and very difficult to navigate. Equip Studio proposed a bold solution: relocating the campus chapel to address the main road, and in its place, building a new connection lobby and children’s building. These now serve as a new primary entrance and the cornerstone of campus. The design ties the entire campus together, both from an aesthetic and a circulation standpoint. The new facility aligns the mission of Peoples Church with the campus and community that surround it.
