Equip Studio was tasked with converting an existing restaurant tenant space into one of Greenville’s premier fast-casual taprooms. Through an extensive overhaul of both the interior and exterior, we used a mix of unique materials and finishes to make The Habitap stand out among an otherwise traditional retail center. Features include a new exterior patio surrounded by planters to screen the parking area, and a new façade of synthetic wood and rusted metal panels.
