3Circle Church began working with Equip Studio in the fall of 2016 to develop a masterplan for their South Campus located in Fairhope, AL. The church came with the need to expand the capacity of their current facilities and explore the possibility of maxing out the 10-acre site where they had already completed three previous construction phases.

The solution was to build a new 1,200-seat worship center with lobby and to renovate a large portion of their existing ministry spaces. Designed to be completed in multiple phases, the project was sequenced to minimize any potential disruption to ongoing ministries on campus. Upon completion of the new addition, the existing worship center will be retrofitted with a second floor to create a two-story children’s education space. The areas currently used by the children’s ministry will then be converted into student ministry space. Finally, the existing student ministry building will be converted into a new administrative suite. Once complete, the church will discontinue the use of three portable buildings and expand their parking to accommodate for a growing congregation.
