United Community Bank chose to build a new facility for their Conway branch in early 2020. While the UCB brand includes consistent elements throughout its facilities, each branch reserves opportunity for geographic traditions or styles to influence the design’s unique characteristics. This new construction gave our team a unique challenge in matching the exterior materials and façade with those characteristic of the low-country style.

The 6,000 SF facility features a series of open teller spaces that allow customers to be served more efficiently while also keeping the space easy to navigate. In addition, we’ve introduced new materials to the finish palette to foster a warm and comfortable environment for customers to feel at home whether in the lobby, office spaces, or conference room.
