The Florence City Center Market was designed with the City of Florence to bring new energy to an up-and-coming side of downtown. The market was built on top of an existing warehouse pad, leaving a portion of the existing structure intact (lending to the design’s unique and eclectic outdoor structure). The new building houses a full commercial kitchen that is available to rent by local chefs, restaurateurs, or for educational cooking classes. In addition, there are three other small-scale commercial kitchens available for single-tenant use. Even in its first market season, the city quickly saw new energy in their community around this unique and vibrant market center.
